Received your Thank You in the mail requesting our thoughts on our recent purchase of the Miele vacuum.  The salesman was very friendly, helpful but more importantly, knowledgeable about the product you are selling.

We wanted to support local business in the Glens Falls area, which is why we came to your store.  We shopped the "big box" stores, but they can't match the service received at Charlies.  

We look forward to many years with this machine, and know that if/when it needs servicing or repairs, we can go to a shop that knows their vacuums.
