Sorry I am just getting around to sending this email out to you as requested regarding the service that I received. I believe your staff came to my new place of Residence sometime in June or July of 2011 to clean my carpets in Delmar NY. I had started using your service about three years ago as a result of getting a flyer either at my door or in the mail. I can't quite remember which...but it was one of the two. Aside from that venue, I had no idea about your service. I was looking for a company that I could contract with to provide carpet cleaning service, and was going to just choose one of the ones that just routinely advertised via the TV. When I received your flyer and saw that your prices were more reasonable than what I was researching, so I decided to give it a try.
I have been very pleased!!!!! So much so, that I have decided to continue to use you each and every year. :-)
There was one year, in which a new guy [in training] was accompanied by one of your more veteran staff members. I will say this much, I was not pleased with the service that I received by the person in training. He seemed to not really be interested in caring for my furniture. Oh, yes...I generally have my couch and chairs cleaned as well as my carpet. So this trainee appeared to be unhappy with the work and didn't line up my couch and chair pillows in the manner in which I had become accustomed to by your service to allow for proper drying. Your veteran staff member noticed what the trainee had done, and came back into to my home and lined up my couch/chair pillows correctly. When I refer to the pillows, I'm not referring to throw pillows. I'm referring to the larger ones that we sit on that can actually be pulled out of the couch. I hope that makes sense.
In any event, I was pleased with how the veteran staff took over and completed the job to the level of expectation that I had become accustomed to as a result of using your service. As a result, I have continued to use your service.... and I will continue to do so each and every year.
Key things that I really like, is that I don't have to wait a week to have the work done. The last time that I called, this past summer.....you actually scheduled to have my home done the very next day. This....I was very pleased with.
So to answer your questions... 1. Things I liked the most: Quality of Service, being able to get an appointment fairly quickly, AND...the fact that you are interested in my feedback. 2. Things I liked the least: Having a Trainee doing the Job when He really wasn't invested or interested 3. Was I satisfied with the results: Yes!!! Very Much So. 4. Will I use your service again?: Every Year...I will call to have your team treat my carpet and if needed my furniture as well. 5. Will I refer others?: Yes...You can count on me to spread the word about the great service that you provide
