In any event, Mike had been sent in to clean our rugs and he arrived right on time. Wicked nice guy, great attitude, sociable and friendly. It was a pleasure having him, honestly.
He did an awesome job - everything we had asked. All the rugs looked fabulous when he was done.
I have nothing negative to say. It was really a great experience all the way around. I'd had you guys come in prior to this visit to do some work for us, and that, too, was another great experience.
