"Hi John, I received your card thanking us for purchasing the SEBO vacuum. I should be the one thanking you. I LOVE it! I am amazed and delighted with how it cleans. My favorite attachment is the floor ‘broom’ (for lack of a better word), it works really well. I liked my Dyson vacuum very much when I first had it, it had a lot of oomph (more then other vacuums that I had had), but it never had the pick up power that the SEBO has. Since I have been used to an up-right it was a little awkward using the canister at first. BUT, I have gotten used to it and do like how much easier it is to get under furniture without having to change an attachment.
When we went into your shop I had no intention of purchasing a new vacuum. I am glad you changed my mind. You and your staff are very pleasant people. "Hi John,
We appreciate the "thank you" card requesting an opinion about how you
did when we bought our vacuum from you, on 12/31/2011, if I am not
mistaken.
1. We absolutely love our new blue "mighty might" vacuum cleaner with
the metal piping.
2. What we like best is that it sucks, unlike our old "stick" vacuum
which had a really hard time picking up almost anything visible.
3. We would certainly shop with you again. In fact, several years ago
we stopped in for a hose to a very old "mighty might" that we owned,
and someone at your store sold us a used hose at a lower price than a
new one would have cost us, and we used it until the old unit motor
burned out. So we came back!
4. Absolutely, we would refer friends to your store.
5. Maybe a fuller stock would improve your store, but I'm stretching
for some constructive criticism. When we recently bought our machine,
we got the floor model because no other was on hand. But, perhaps
that is more a reflection on the speed that you turn machines around.

"Hi John, I bought the felix sebo floor model from you in Jan. You also service my very old kenmore that is working fine. I love the sebo felix. the powerhead is perfect for both my rugs and old wood floors.

"The vacuum cleaner works great - like that it adjusts to the different floors - low and high pile carpet, hardwood etc., as well as the ease of use on stairs. I was given a free package of vacuum cleaner bags at the time of purchase and realized a few months later they were the wrong size bags - I brought the bags back and was given the correct bags without question.
Overall my experience with Capital Vacuums was good and I would definitely shop there again. I would alos refer friends/family there.

I won't be taking you up on the offer for the bags or remover, I have plenty, but did want to say that I've visited your store on a couple of occassions now and feel i've been treated very fairly. When you did service my Dyson a couple of years back, i was pleased with the work and the performace of the vaccum. When the price was $150 to service the vaccum this time (and I certainly agreed with your assessment of the things needed) I opted to just buy a new vaccum, the Spirit. I'm still getting used to it, but it seems to be doing a nice job. I liked the accessories better on the dyson, but I think this one is picking up more dirt. I was a little confused as to why I never see this brand that you were pushing listed in consumer reports though? Anyway, I remain a satisfied customer and have every intention of keeping my business with you.

"Sorry it took so long to respond to your card. I love the vacuum. It is light weight. It cleans up all the hair for 2 dogs and a cat and it is so easy to convert to tools to clean the furniture and corners. The bags hold a lot and are easy to change and I love how quiet it is. I can hear my telephone ring or hear the tv while I am vacuuming. I also like the fact that you can change the level of suction. The only possible fault is that the cord could be longer.
